You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Products and Services
Drawing Bot Products
Plotterpix provides AI-powered drawing robots that convert digital photos into physical pen-drawn artwork. Each drawing is unique and created by our precision robotics system.
Product Accuracy
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content is error-free. If a product is not as described, your remedy is limited to returning it in accordance with our Return Policy.
Custom Artwork
Custom drawings are created based on photos you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use the photos you submit. Plotterpix is not liable for copyright infringement related to customer-submitted content.
3. Orders and Payment
Order Placement
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
Pricing and Fees
- All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated
- Prices include VAT where applicable for EU customers
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but price changes do not affect confirmed orders
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time
Custom drawings typically require 3-7 business days for creation. Standard products ship within 1-3 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak periods.
Delivery
- Netherlands: 2-4 business days
- EU: 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Plotterpix is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership of Drawings
When you purchase a custom drawing, you own the physical artwork. However, Plotterpix retains the right to use images of the drawing for marketing and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
Website Content
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Plotterpix B.V. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your Content
By uploading photos or other content to our website, you grant Plotterpix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and improving our services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plotterpix shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for the product in question
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
If you have a dispute, please contact us first at support@plotterpix.com. We will attempt to resolve the issue informally.
Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI), except where prohibited by consumer protection laws.
Consumer Rights
EU consumers retain statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to bring disputes before consumer dispute resolution bodies or courts in their country of residence.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
EU consumers benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions in their country of residence. Nothing in these terms affects those statutory rights.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
